Event Description
The measured DC precharge voltage (DC bus voltage) is below the expected or set precharge voltage. The converter may not be able to connecting to such a low voltage.
- This event is usually tiggered after a timeout, which is determined by the application and the mode of the application.
- To avoid high inrush currents, the application prevents the switching of the DC Link to the DC bus, if this error occurs.
- The error is triggered by the converter control unit, which is part of the Power Electronic Unit.

Causes and solutions
| Common causes | Possible solutions |
| Measurement lines in the power electronics are not connected, mixed up or defective. | Check the measurement lines for correct connection and for defects. |
| A negative voltage (or reverse polarity battery) was connected to the converter DC connectors. | Pay attention to correct polarity. |
| The DC bus voltage breaks down caused by a short circuit or high load in the DC bus system or by a defective battery. Or the DC bus has been disconnected by another system. | Check the DC bus system for short circuits and fix them if necessary. Check the battery. Check, if the DC bus could have been disconnected by another system. |
| A wrong DC voltage parameter is set in the user settings. | Check the DC voltage parameters in the user settings for correct values. |
