Causes and solutions

VS Generators

With VS generators this event occurs when the converter is in a fault status.

Generators with iControl2

This error can have different possible causes. If it occurs directly after switching on the panel, there is a problem with the emergency stop switch:

Common causes	Possible solutions
The emergency stop switch is activated	Deactivate the emergency stop switch
The Bridge in the cable harness is missing	Replace the Bridge in the cable harness

If the error occurs during the running mode of the generator, there is a problem with one of the temperature sensors:

Common causes	Possible solutions
Problem with the sensor for the engine temperature	Check sensor and its wiring for the engine temperature
Problem with the sensor for the winding temperature	Check sensor and its wiring for the winding temperature
Problem with the sensor for the exhaust temperature	Check sensor and its wiring for the exhaust temperature
