Introduction to the topic
You can set the minimum and maximum position of the servo lever on Fischer Panda generators with xControl generator control and Kubota V1505 engine. This is necessary when starting up for the first time and after replacing a defective servo motor or a defective xControl generator control.
Setting the MIN Position
- Mount the servo lever on the servo motor so that the lever is horizontal (Fig. 1).
- Use the left nut (Fig. 2) to adjust the position of the engine throttle so that there is an air gap between the throttle and the stop lever (Fig. 3).
Setting the MAX Position
- Switch on the xControl panel.
- Call up the service menu.
- Enter service password.
- Select the item »actuator setup« in the service menu.
- Set the value »max. position« in the »actuator setup« so that an air gap remains between the engine throttle and the upper stop (Fig. 4).
The xControl »actuator setup« consists of two pages. Here you can adjust the »max. position« and the »min. position« for the servo motor. You can save your adjustments on an additional page.

|curr. pos.||Current value of the position, you can adjust this value live using the (+/-) softkeys.|
|RPM||Current revolution speed of the diesel engine in [RPM]. If you adjust the position of the servo motor while the generator is running, you can directly observe the effect on the revolution speed.|
