Fischer Panda Generators equipped with »xControl« or »fpControl«.
Product description
- The »fpControl Paralleling Device« (fpControl PD-A) manages the paralleling of either two asynchronous generators with »fpControl GC-S« or two asynchronous generators with »xControl GC-S«.
- A further application of the »fpControl PD-A« ist the shore power switch-over using the fpControl system. The Paralleling Device ensures the parallel connection of shore power and generator.
- In both applications, the system components communicate via the fpControl CAN-Bus »fpCAN«.

Software requirements
- For paralleling of two asynchronous generators with »xControl GC-S«: V002R01 or higher
- For paralleling of two asynchronous generators with different performance with »fpControl GC-S«: V003R00 or higher
- For the parallel connection of shore power and an asynchronous generator with »fpControl GC-S«: V003R01 or higher

Parallel connection of two asynchronous generators
- The load is shared between the two Generators.
- Each generator can be run solo if lower power is needed or if maintenance work on the other Generator is done.
- Both Generators must have the same Voltage / Frequency specification (for example 230 V / 50 Hz).
