Causes and solutions

| The coolant level has reached its lower limit | NOTE: Observe the safety instructions in the generator manual! Refill coolant so that the level is between the minimum and maximum levels. Coolant Specification (see manual) – Verify that the coolant used complies with the manufacturer’s specifications. – Refer to the service manual for approved coolant types. Coolant Quality (see manual) – Ensure coolant quality meets required standards. – Ensure coolant is within acceptable service life and performance standards. |
| The problem persists after refilling the coolant | Inspect the cooling system for possible leaks – Visually inspect all hoses, connections, and components for signs of leakage. – Check for coolant residue or wet spots around the cooling system. – Pressure test the system if necessary to detect hidden leaks. |
