Common causesPossible solutions
The AC voltage may drop below its lower limit when the generator is overloaded. This is the case when connected loads require more than the maximum power of the generatorReduce the load to nominal generator value. Follow the nominal power rating on the rating plate.
The servomotor doesn’t work correctly or it can not move freelyCheck the free movement of the servomotor
The servo motor is not set correctlyCheck the servomotor adjustment and correct, if necessary
The servo motor is defectiveCheck the servomotor itself and replace it, if necessary
Fuel supplyCheck fuel level first. Then check all the parts of the fuel system
Over-excitation: The booster capacitors are permanently switched on because the booster relay is stuckCheck the booster relay and replace it, if necessary
