Event Description
The CAN communication with the BMS (Battery-Management-System) or an other higher level Control System has been lost.
The Event is triggered by a timeout in the Generator Control (fpControl) if the communication is lost or disturbed.

 Warning event | When a warning event occurs, the monitored value has reached its warning limit. Warning Events don’t shutdown the generator |
 Information event | An Information event is for information purpose only and has no effect on the generator operation |

Causes and solutions
| Common causes | Possible solutions |
| Bus cable removed | Reconnect the bus cable |
| Loose contact or damage to the bus cable | Check the bus cable for loose contacts on the plg connections and for other damage (e. g. cable breaks due to kinks) |
| Bus termination missing or incorrect | Check bus termination |
| For VS Generators: Communication error between BMS and Hybrid Charger | Check connections, lines and communication interface. The BMS may have been turned off while the generator is running |
