At the xControl system, the generator is configured in 6 steps, in which the technology of the motor control unit, the engine type, the winding, the starting system, the current sensor and the stop solenoid are set. The configuration is carried out using the generator wizard.
Entering the Generator Wizard
Panel menu: service > enter service-code> generator-wizard
Open menu »service«.
Enter the service code.
Select »generator-wizard«.
The first page of the generator wizard is displayed.
The wizard guides you through the 6 pages. After confirming the selected menu item with the start/stop key you will be taken to the next page of the wizard. After confirming the setting on the last page the settings are saved while the message »Changes are being applied« is displayed.
