An <strong>air-cooled<\/strong> inverter should not be operated at an <strong>ambient temperature<\/strong> of more than <strong>40\u00b0C<\/strong>. In case of a <strong>water-cooled<\/strong> inverter the <strong>ambient temperature<\/strong> should not be higher than <strong>60\u00b0C<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The air inlet and outlet openings of the inverter are covered<\/td><td>Remove objects and dirt from the air inlets and outlets<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The internal fan of the inverter is defective<\/td><td>Check the function of the fan. Note that the fan works only at higher temperatures and higher load. Note type plate.<br>If the fan is defective the inverter must be repaired by Fischer Panda or a service partner.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The heat sink and the fan of the inverter are dirty and thereby the heat transfer characteristic has changed<\/td><td>Clean the heat sink<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The inverter is not mounted correctly: There is not enough distance above and below the inverter<\/td><td>The inverter must be mounted vertically. There must be  enough distance above and below the inverter to allow sufficient air supply<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Temperature sensor error: Short circuit at the temperature sensor inside the inverter, a defective temperature sensor inside the inverter<\/td><td>The inverter must be checked and repaired by Fischer Panda or one of the service partners<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of a water cooled Inverter Further points are to be considered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table alignwide has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Common causes<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Possible solutions<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The water temperature is too high<\/td><td>Make sure that the water does not exceed the maximum temperature: The water temperature must not be higher than <strong>40\u00b0&nbsp;C<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Air in the cooling system<\/td><td>Bleed the cooling system<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Not enough cooling water in the cooling system, maybe the cooling system is leaky<\/td><td>Check the cooling system for possible leaks and close if necessary.
