Only the generator control can distribute updates to other bus modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the direct software update, in this tutorial we introduce you to a method, you can use to update individual bus modules directly. You will use the fpControl panel to send one or more update files directly to a bus module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"h3-weiss-blau wp-block-heading\">Transferring update files to the panel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The control panel works like an USB removable medium on which you can store update files for all Fischer Panda CAN Bus modules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Connect the xControl panel\/fpControl panel to a PC\/Laptop using a cable with USB mini connector.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Intermediate result:<\/strong> The panel is opened as drive &#8220;XC_PANEL&#8221;
